Mangalam Group is seeking a dedicated HR Professional to manage the Human Resources and Administration functions for the Amlabad Coalfield Project. You will act as the bridge between the management and the workforce, ensuring smooth operations, statutory compliance, and effective talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical staff. Coordinate joining formalities, ID card issuance, and induction programs.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Labor Laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity) and The Mines Rules (Maintenance of Form B, Form A, Form D registers).
- Payroll & Attendance: Supervise time-office operations, verify attendance records (underground/surface), and process monthly payroll accurately.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, maintain discipline, and manage communication with site workers/unions to ensure industrial peace.
- Administration: Oversee camp/colony administration, canteen facilities, and general office maintenance.
Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA (HR) or PGDM in Personnel Management / IR.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR. Experience in Mining, Construction, or Manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian Labor Laws, MS Excel (for payroll), and conflict resolution.
- Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
