Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical staff. Coordinate joining formalities, ID card issuance, and induction programs.

• Taxation Compliance: Handle monthly/quarterly filings of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. Ensure timely payment of statutory dues (Royalty, DMF, NMET) related to mining dispatch.
• Cost Analysis: Monitor "Cost Per Ton" of production, track operational expenses (Diesel, Explosives, Stores), and prepare variance analysis reports.

Requirements:

Mangalam Coalfield is appointing a statutory Safety Officer to lead the Safety Department at Amlabad Colliery. You will act as the "Internal Auditor" for safety, reporting directly to the Agent/Manager, and ensuring the mine operates within the framework of the Safety Management Plan (SMP) and DGMS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Statutory Compliance: Enforce the provisions of The Mines Act, 1952, and Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 regarding safety.
• Inspections & Audits: Conduct daily safety inspections of underground districts, traveling roads, and surface installations. Lead the Safety Committee meetings.
• Accident Investigation: Investigate all minor and major accidents/incidents, analyze root causes, and submit statutory inquiries (Form IV-A/B, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control: Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of heavy machinery spares (SDL, LHD, Winders), tools, and consumables.

You will be the authorized person responsible for all electrical installations (HT & LT) within your assigned jurisdiction, ensuring they meet the safety standards of the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Statutory Compliance: Act as the legal Electrical Supervisor for the mine, ensuring all installations comply with CEA regulations and DGMS circulars.
• Power Distribution: Oversee the operation and maintenance of 33kV/11kV substations, underground transformers, and switchgear.

Mangalam Coalfield is hiring experienced Mining Overmen for the Amlabad Colliery project. You will be responsible for the safety, discipline, and production of your assigned district/section during the shift, acting as the primary statutory supervisor underground.

Key Responsibilities:

• District Supervision: Manage the assigned district to ensure strict compliance with the Coal Mines Regulations (CMR) 2017.
• Safety Enforcement: Inspect the roof and sides, ensure proper support (timpering/bolting) is installed before work begins, and maintain haulage roadways.
• Gas & Ventilation: Regularly test for inflammable and noxious gases using methanometers/detectors and ensure proper ventilation in the working face.

Mangalam Coalfield is seeking a qualified Electrical Foreman to manage the electrical infrastructure of the Amlabad Colliery. You will be responsible for the safe distribution of power and maintenance of HT/LT equipment in both underground and surface areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Supervise the installation and maintenance of Transformers, Switchgears, Gate End Boxes (GEB), and underground cabling.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations comply with the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) Regulations and DGMS standards.
• FLP Integrity: Strictly monitor and maintain Flameproof (FLP) enclosures and intrinsically safe circuits in hazardous zones.

• Shift Supervision: Allocate tasks to mechanical fitters and helpers at the start of the shift and monitor their performance.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the repair and maintenance of Haulages, Conveyors, Pumps, and Ventilation fans.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose breakdown issues underground to minimize production loss.
• Safety Checks: Conduct statutory inspections of mechanical gears and ensure flameproof (FLP) integrity of equipment in hazardous zones.

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR ITI (Fitter) with significant experience.
• Statutory Certificate: Valid Foreman Certificate (Mechanical) issued by DGMS is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in maintaining coal mining machinery.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pumps, and alignment of rotating machinery.

• Shift Management: Plan and execute daily production targets, manpower deployment, and material supply for underground districts.
